Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research.
- Develop and design curriculum, course materials, and assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to the scholarly community.
- Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation duties.
- Mentor and supervise students on research projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and academic events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and program development.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s Degree in business administration or a related field with strong knowledge in the field.
- Research experience and a strong publication record are desirable.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence.
