Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
  2. Conduct and publish high-quality research.
  3. Develop and design curriculum, course materials, and assessments.
  4. Provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey.
  5. Engage in research activities and contribute to the scholarly community.
  6. Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation duties.
  7. Mentor and supervise students on research projects, internships, and dissertations.
  8. Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and academic events.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business administration.
  10. Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and program development.

Qualifications

  1. PhD or Master’s Degree in business administration or a related field with strong knowledge in the field.
  2. Research experience and a strong publication record are desirable.
  3. Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in English language.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Commitment to academic excellence.
