About the Department

Welcome to the Marketing Department at Libyan International Medical University. Our department was established in 2017 as a part of the Faculty of Business Administration, and we are committed to providing a comprehensive education in marketing. Our goal is to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in managing marketing activities across diverse industries.

In our undergraduate degree program in marketing, we offer a solid foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Students will delve into essential topics such as market research, strategic marketing planning, brand management, advertising, and consumer behavior.      Our specialization is designed to achieve the following objectives:

    1. Enhancing students’ understanding of theoretical and practical marketing concepts: We aim to deepen students’ knowledge of both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of marketing, providing them with a well-rounded education in the field.

Preparing graduates for effective management of marketing activities across diverse industries: Our goal is to equip graduates with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in managing marketing activities in various industry sectors, enabling them to navigate the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities that arise.
    3. Preparing graduates for advanced studies in marketing: We strive to lay a solid foundation for students who wish to pursue further studies in marketing at the postgraduate level. Our program equips them with the necessary knowledge and skills to pursue higher education and contribute to the advancement of marketing research.
    4. Aligning our academic plan with the demands of the job market: We are committed to staying abreast of the evolving job market trends and requirements.
