Alumni Association

In order to maintain good communication with its students, the Faculty of Business Administration established an alumni association to strengthen the relationship with its students after graduation. The graduation from the faculty and being awarded the BSc Degree does not mean the end of the student’s relationship with the faculty. Hence, it is possible through this association to ensure the student’s continuity and connection with the faculty, and to provide lifelong learning opportunities for him even while joining the labor market, or starting his own business.

Alumni Association Benefits

There are numerous benefits can be achieved through a student association of Faculty of Business Administration. Building a communication network among graduates, facilitating the participation in scientific, social and economic events that link the faculty with the community, linking graduates with the labor market, and developing students’ skills after graduation through training are example of such benefits. The benefits are not just limited to that. The Alumni Association at Faculty of Business Administration also helps graduates at work in terms of spreading a life-long learning culture. Enabling graduates to benefit from the faculty’s online library, giving them financial discounts to start postgraduate studies, providing volunteer work opportunities, attracting new students, or linking graduates and employers with the faculty for developing prospects cooperation for in various business fields are examples of the benefits that might be gained through this association. This association can also be used for quality assurance and accreditation purposes. Students’ satisfaction and employers’ satisfaction on the quality of education provided by Faculty of Business Administration can be measured through this association

Alumni Tracking System

The tracking system of graduates is a critical element for the faculty’s strategy. The faculty’s vision and mission can be adjusted according to the needs of the labor market and the stakeholders’ wants. This tracking system provides data and information on graduates after leaving the faculty. The period of time that the graduates spent until they find a job, the sectors that most preferred by graduates, the institutions that attract and employ graduates, the total monthly wages and salaries are examples of such details that can be secured by this system. The local authorities and the government can also use such information for strategic planning purposes at the state level as well.
