  • Senior Thesis: “The Kufi Script On The Head Stones In Libya in the Period Between 6-8   Centuries    (Hijri)   /    8    –   12   Centuries    (A.D.)” A research in the development of the Arabic script on the head stones in Libya with a comparison between the Libyan, Egyptian and Tunisian Kufi inscriptions on headstones.
  • A study of the Old Mosque in Aujla Oasis. An architectural study regarding the characteristics of the building materials and architectural styles used in other mosques in the oasis also the roofing techniques represented in the conical domes, which prevailed in this oasis.
  • Presentation of a seminar on the “The Kufi Script on The Libyan Headstones” on April 2006 as part of the cultural season in Benghazi.
  • Participation in the in Tourism in Libya – the possibilities and obstacles symposium October 1996, with a paper about “the oasis an its role in tourism”.
  • A survey for early Islamic inscriptions in the eastern cities 1. El-Merj (in the medieval period called Barqa). 2. Taucheira . 3. Taurguni area. 4. Tolmetha City and Museum. 5. Al Bayda. 6. Massa. 7. Cyrene Museum. 8. Susa.
