Position: Administrative Staff
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the faculty members and department heads.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing daily office duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Participate in quality assurance and accreditations activities.
  • Help in managing financial transactions, budgeting, and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective teamwork.
  • Stay updated on university policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned in the job description document.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English language.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Knowledge of university policies and procedures is a plus.
