The BSBA program adopts a problem-based methodology that encourages self-learning amongst students by utilising the tools of interactive presentations, brainstorming sessions, problem simulations, and solutions. By practicing practical business problems within the classroom, students of the BSBA expand their transferable skills set as well as their theoretical knowledge.

It is my utmost pleasure to head the Faculty of Business Administration at Libyan International Medical University, and on this historic occasion, I am so pleased to welcome all the students to their newly established faculty in the City of Benghazi.
The Faculty of Business Administration was established with the goal of contributing to the realization of the university’s vision to prepare a new generation of distinctive graduates driven by continuous learning philosophy, knowledge production, and dissemination.
At this exceptional moment, please allow me to provide you all with a brief sense of this faculty, which I consider a signpost in Libya’s Knowledge Economy in its Financial and Managerial Dimensions.
The Faculty of Business Administration seeks to prepare and graduate business personnel capable of comprehending the special and complementary relationship among the fields of Economics, Business, and Technological Advancements.
The faculty awards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. It also seeks to produce and publish exceptional innovative research, with the capacity to compete on national, regional, and international levels in the discipline of Management Sciences.

The Faculty of Business Administration at Libyan International Medical University aspires to be a leader in Management Sciences Knowledge locally and regionally by exclusively using the English Language in teaching its distinguished courses in accordance with the contemporary standards of Management Theories applied in the world.
The Faculty’s Mission
The Faculty of Business Administration at Libyan International Medical University seeks to provide students with high standards of Educational Services to allow taking responsibilities in both public and private businesses at local and international levels to suit different labor markets’ needs. In addition, the faculty arms students with outstanding education and research skills by adopting advanced educational techniques. Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Team-Based Learning (TBL), Case-Based Learning (CBL), and Project-Based Learning (PBL) are key educational approaches being used at the faculty.

Libyan International Medical University Recognition & Accreditation
The Libyan International Medical University is one of the Libyan private non-profit universities, which obtained its recognition from the Libyan Ministry of Education in 2007, the date of establishment.
The university also obtained its Initial Institutional Accreditation from the Libyan Centre of Quality Assurance (Tripoli), the body responsible for accrediting Libyan Higher Education Institutions, under the approval certificate No. 21-08, for the year 2008.
The university also managed to have most of its academic programmes accredited by the Libyan Quality Assurance Centre as well over the years 2008 – 2018. The latest one was the Pharm D programme, which was accredited in September / 2018 by a scientific committee follow the Libyan Centre of Quality Assurance. The newly established faculties of Information Technology & Business Administration have succeeded in attaining their Institutional Accreditation in May 2019. They are now working hard in order to obtain Programming Accreditation.
Organizational Structure is one of the key components of an institution, whether it is public, private, or charitable one, which operates locally or internationally. The existence of an organizational structure helps in ensuring the achievement of the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. It also assists in describing the functional jobs and guaranteeing effective communication throughout the whole organization.
